Is it ok to feed cereal to wild birds?
I have some cereal that is starting to get stale and don’t want to just toss it in the trash. Seems wasteful. Is it ok to feed it to the birds outside? I’m sure the squirrels will get into it too.
I have some raisin bran, frosted mini wheats, and chex.
I also already have black oil sunflower seeds, thistle seed and suet out there for them.
Yes, I do it all the time.
